After capturing customer's details on a PDA, a follow up communication can be sent almost immediately. Our experience shows us that response rates to a communication sent within 1-2 days of making initial contact is significantly higher than to those sent after 4-5 days.

Effective communication

Our server is linked to both an SMS delivery and an HTML campaign delivery server. As soon as information is uploaded from a PDA, mobile phone number and email address details can be sent automatically to these delivery systems for instantaneous message send.

Detailed delivery reports for evaluation and assessment are provided daily for both systems. The information provided from this seamless delivery system enables the success of a campaign to be measured in far greater detail than from just assessing daily field reports.
